Filmmakers Grima Irmudottir, Pamela Hogan and Hrafnhildur Gunnarsdóttir and Iceland's Ambassador to the United States Svanhildur Hólm Valsdóttir took part in a screening of "The Day Iceland Stood Still" on October 8, 2025. The screening was followed by a panel discussion on gender equality in Iceland and the impact of the Icelandic women's movement worldwide.
