National Press Club Communicator board seat to be elected through write-in ballots

Nobody garnered the required number of signatures to qualify for the three-year, nonvoting Communicator seat on the National Press Club Board of Governors, so the person with the most write-in votes will fill the position.

No candidates' names will appear on the ballot. Communicator members wishing to vote will write in the name of the person they support. The Club member with the most write-ins will be elected.

Petitions for Club officers and the Journalist members of the Board of Governors still are being reviewed.

Online voting begins Monday, Nov. 22, with in-person balloting from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day, Friday, Dec. 10.
