Library suspends direct member access to Leadership Connect

Members wishing to use the Leadership Connect database in the library must now make their research requests to the National Press Club Journalism Institute staff at [email protected], with responses expected within 48 hours on business days.

Direct member access to the Leadership Connect database in the library has been suspended.  

Please include the following information in your request:

• Full name
• Member number
• Current employer
• Summary of request
• An acknowledgment that any lists generated will not be used for mass mailings.

Leadership Connect is a database of up-to-date contact information for individuals and organizations from both the public and private sectors. The terms of service prohibit the use of this database for commercial purposes and sending mass marketing emails.  

The National Press Club Journalism Institute, the Club’s nonprofit affiliate, operates the Eric Friedheim National Journalism Library and reserves the right to reject requests outside of our terms of service.

Other resources available to members — in person and free of charge — include access to the LexisNexis database and the Bloomberg Terminal.
