Learn to navigate congressional website on April 19 with Library of Congress team

The National Press Club Journalism Institute and Club's Professional Development Team are offering a workshop on using the congress.gov website at 9.30 a.m. Thursday, April 19, in the Bloomberg Room.

Congress.gov is the official public web site for legislative information and includes data for bills and resolutions, the Congressional Record, committee reports, nominations, treaties, and executive communications.

Tickets are $5 each for Club members and $10 for the general public. Reservations are required and can be made online.

The Library of Congress Congress.gov team will briefly discuss the history of the site, demonstrate its capabilities and answer audience questions.
