Jerusalem Post's Niv Elis plans 'Get It Online' discussion, June 19 at noon

The National Press Club's Events Committee features Niv Elis of the Jerusalem Post for a “Get it Online” lunch discussion on Tuesday, June 19 from noon to 1:15 p.m. in the NPC's Reliable Source's McClendon Room.

Lunch will start promptly at noon. Prepared remarks will be limited to 10 minutes to maximize time for an informal discussion among the participants and Elis. Seating is limited. Members must register in advance. There is no fee to register but you must be logged into the website in order to register. Members will provide their member numbers to the wait staff and pay for their own lunch.

Elis is a breaking news editor, web columnist and featured blogger for the Jerusalem Post. His blog The Bottom Line applies his expertise in policy, economics, conflict and Middle East affairs to provide an insider's view of the policy behind the politics, and the numbers behind the policy. A graduate of the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Elis has written for Forbes, the Washington Post and the Christian Science Monitor, among other publications.
