It's Election Day at the Club! Results announced tonight at the Reliable Source

The National Press Club election is underway for all eligible voting members. The online polls close on Friday at noon. Votes can be cast in-person on Friday from 2 - 5 p.m. in the Club general offices.

Eligible voters have received an email from the Club’s secure online voting platform with specific instructions and login credentials. Please note: These credentials are different from those used for your press.org account.

The following categories are not eligible to vote: inactive members, spousal/partner members, students, interns, honorary members and any member delinquent in dues or fees.

Under Club bylaws:

• Journalist members receive a ballot including all officer positions and open journalist governor seats.
• Communicator members receive a ballot including only the open 3-year communicator governor seat.

Voting deadlines and election Results

• Online voting closes: Friday, Dec. 5 at 12 p.m.
• In-person voting: Available in the general offices from 2 p.m.–5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 5.

Important: If you have voted online in past Club elections, you must clear your computer’s cache or use a different internet browser. Otherwise, you may receive an error message stating that “there are no eligible ballots.”
