In the latest edition of Update-1, the National Press Club's podcast, ICFJ Research Director Julie Posetti talked with Broadcast/Podcast team member Irv Chapman about the study.

Posetti described the internet as a “sea of toxicity” for female  journalists, who she said were now exposed to more online violence with worse impacts.

She discussed the study's findings, including 20% of women responding to a survey saying they experienced offline abuse, harassment or attacks that they attribute to online violence.
