Game on! Pub Quiz resumes Sept. 11 at 7 pm

The National Press Club’s Pub Quiz is back. Now that the dog days of summer are behind us, “Pub Quiz with Brainstormer Trivia” returns live -- in-person -- in the Truman Lounge at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 11.

Gather your fellow Club members -- and bring along your non-member friends -- for an evening of food, drinks and merriment. Form a team of four, play for prizes and prove once and for all that you’re the smartest one in the room.

And, as an incentive for welcoming members back to the Club, members participating in a group of four will receive one complimentary rail drink (that means for a member who heads a team of four, one drink will be free).

For 20 years, Pub Quiz has been a monthly staple at the National Press Club and Brainstormer Trivia, which has been supplying those fun and challenging questions, is back with the latest and greatest questions, from current events, sports, entertainment and everything else in between. And yes, we’ll have round prizes to give out to the team that scores the most points.

So, for you veteran Pub Quiz players with your team ready to go, you know the drill. For those new to Club, new to Pub Quiz and flying solo, welcome aboard – we’ll put you on a team.

Pub Quiz is a great opportunity to meet fellow Club members, make new friends and enjoy what the Club offers in tasty cuisine and fine libations.
