Freelance Committee to host workshop on 'Should I Write a Book?'

The Freelance Committee will offer a workshop on "Should I Write a Book?" Monday, May 21, 2012, at 6:30 p.m.

Anne Lafferty, a graphic artist who designs books, will present a one-hour lecture covering the frequently asked questions that need answers when one considers writing a book:

WHO: Who me? Who am I writing the book for?

WHAT: What am I going to write about? What kind of book do I want it to be? (We will spend most of the time on this question as it determines all the others)

WHERE: Where do I want the book to be seen, sold and read?

WHEN: When do I want to get the book out?

WHY: Why a book? Why would someone want to read it?

HOW: How do I get this done?

RSVP to Freelance Committee chair Peggy Orchowski at [email protected].
