Communicator, Journalist roundtable dinner Wednesday will discuss growth of 'news' sources

The National Press Club Communicators Team invites Club members – both Communicators and Journalists – to our next Communicator and Journalist Roundtable Dinner, at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 23.

The July dinner discussion theme is the proliferation of “news” sources and influencers and what that means for communicators and journalists. However, those who attend can bring up any other relevant topic, as well — and they often do.

Communicator Journalist Roundtable in Cosgrove Jan 2024Members who attend the dinner may purchase food and beverages directly from the Club in the Cosgrove Lounge, where it will be served.

To reserve your seat at the table, contact the Reliable Source to make your reservation by emailing [email protected] and indicate you will be joining the July 23 Communicator & Journalist Roundtable

Join us for another lively discussion with Club members on current topics that we face in our function and profession. By sharing our concerns, ideas, approaches and strategies, we help each other be more effective in our roles.

This event is open to Club members first. While guests may be invited, please let Paul Minehart ([email protected]) know in advance. Guests will be on a wait list until members register for the limited seating. Since each member will pay for drinks and dinner on their own membership account, they will also need to pay for their guests directly.

These roundtable discussions are scheduled quarterly. If you can't participate in this one, look ahead to the next one. It's set for Wednesday, Oct. 22, at 6:30 p.m. in the Cosgrove Lounge.
