Chef Susan Delbert and comic Ken Rynne cordially invite you to a night of fine dining and witty musical satire at The National Press Club, on Saturday, April 25 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Former Hill staffer and Capitol Step Ken Rynne and his accompanist known together as Planet Washington, take you behind the scenes in D.C. and beyond. Funny. Truthy. Great music. Wicked funny parodies.

Amuse-bouche

First Course
· Seasonal soup
· Trio of Mediterranean bruschetta with Kalamata olives, tomatoes, avocado and roasted eggplant on crisp baguettes
· Baby spinach, strawberries and mango salad with goat cheese, pepper almonds and citrus vinaigrette

Entrée
· Red Snapper, lemon butter, chive mashed potatoes and mélange of fresh Spring peas and carrots
· Grilled Certified Angus beef steak, mushroom risotto and Feta green beans
· Vegetarian roasted acorn squash with quinoa, wild rice, apricots and pecans on sautéed greens with apple cider reduction
Dessert
· Strawberries and cream angel food cake trifle
· Lemon icebox pie with ginger snap crust
