Come to the National Press Club for a fun-filled evening of Pub Quiz on Thursday at 7 p.m.

This Thursday, May 14 at 7 p.m., gather your friends and fellow National Press Club members and head over to the Reliable Source's Truman Lounge for a fun-filled evening of food, drinks and spirited trivia with prizes.


Form a team of four, play for prizes and show everyone how smart you are. And, as an incentive for welcoming members back to the Club, members participating in a group receive one complimentary rail drink (that means for a member who heads a team, one drink will be free).

Last month saw a packed house for April's Pub Quiz, where eight teams competed for prizes over four spirited rounds of trivia -- and many rounds of drinks and food.

For more than 20 years, Pub Quiz has been a monthly staple at the Club and Brainstormer Trivia, which has been supplying those fun and challenging questions, provides the latest and greatest questions, from current events, sports, entertainment and everything else in between. And yes, we’ll have round prizes to give out to the team that scores the most points.

So, for you veteran Pub Quiz players with your team ready to go, you know the drill. For those new to Club, new to Pub Quiz and flying solo, welcome aboard – we’ll put you on a team.

Pub Quiz is a great opportunity to meet fellow Club members, make new friends and enjoy what the Club offers in tasty cuisine and fine libations.
