Club will be closed June 19 in observance of Juneteenth holiday

The National Press Club will be closed on Friday, June 19, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday.

There won't be the traditional Friday night Taco Night at the Club that evening.

The Wire will not be published that Friday, and will resume publication the following Monday, June 22.

Also note that on Friday, July 3, the Club will be closed in observance of Independence Day the following day. With July 4 falling on a Saturday this year, the Club also will be closed on the day of the holiday, but that is because the Club is not operating on Saturdays now.
