Celebrate St. Patrick's Day by indulging in a spread of Irish cuisine at the Club

Join your fellow National Press Club members for a St. Patrick’s Day buffet at the Club's Reliable Source Restaurant on Tuesday, March 17, beginning at 5:30 p.m. Indulge in a feast of traditional Irish delights, including corned beef and cabbage, Guinness Beer lamb shepherd’s pie, and a variety of desserts. We will have live Irish music by popular guitarist Matt Palombo starting at 6 p.m. 

The buffet is $45 for members and $55 for members' guests, plus drinks, tax and gratuity. Reserve online today, or by emailing the Reliable Source at [email protected] or by phone at (202) 662-7443. Free parking at Joyce Parking, 1325 G St. NW, is available for members with a purchase of $35 or more in food and beverage.

Soup

  • Traditional Irish leek, peas and potato soup

  • Irish red potato salad with olives, celery, onions, sour cream with scallion & crispy bacon garnish
  • Shamrock Salad: Green salad with asparagus, spinach, celery, and peas; mustard vinaigrette
  • Honeydew melon and mint salad with hazelnuts crumble
  • Edamame hummus

 

 Entrées

  • Slow-cooked sliced corned beef and cabbage with potato, carrots and cabbage
  • Guinness lamb shepherd’s pie with red potato
  • Irish beef pot pie
