Consumer Journalism-Broadcast: prize - $750 (Award for excellence in reporting on consumer topics)

Arthur Rowse Press Criticism: prize - $750 (Award for excellence in examining the role and work of the media)

Edwin M. Hood Award for Diplomatic Correspondence: prize - $750 (Award for excellence in reporting on diplomatic and foreign policy issues)

Ann Cottrell Free Animal Reporting Award: prize - $750 (Award for excellence in reporting about animals and their welfare)
