Broadcast-Podcast Team to hear from Bloomberg reporter who covers podcasting, Aug. 27

The National Press Club's Broadcast-Podcast Team's monthly member meeting is at the Club on Tuesday, Aug. 27, starting at 6 p.m. RSVP here.

The team serves as a forum for members interested in multimedia journalism, including radio, television, podcasting and digital.

All Club members are welcome to join the discussion.

Featured speaker will be Ashley Carman, the editor of Bloomberg's Soundbite newsletter. She covers podcasting, music, audiobooks and related topics. Prior to joining Bloomberg, she was a senior reporter, producer and host at The Verge and got her start as a journalism major at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
