Authors to discuss insights from 100 trailblazing women at Thursday Book Event

Business leader Edie Fraser and author Robyn Freedman Spizman will discuss insights from 100 trailblazing women featured in their new book, "Women Mean Business," at a Headliners Book Event Thursday, Oct. 19, at 6:30 p.m.

The event will include a discussion with the authors, a question-and-answer session from the audience and then a signing session. Tickets -- $5 for Club members and $10 for the general public -- can be purchased online. Books will be available for purchase and signing at the event.

In "Women Mean Business," the authors present the personal and professional insights from women who are working to transform the face of business, from technology to finance and the media.

Fraser is the founder and CEO of Women Business Collaborative and co-author with Spizman of five books including "Do Your Giving While You’re Living." Spizman is an award winning New York Times best-selling author and media personality.

Joining the discussion will be Elizabeth Ralph, editor of Politico Magazine; Lisa Matthews, planning editor for U.S. news at the Associated Press; and Pamela Prince-Eason, president & CEO of Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
