Other offerings are chunky potato soup with edamame; Irish colcannon mash; potato and cheese gratin; Irish soda bread; Irish potato salad with sour cream, scallions and bacon; Galway spinach salad with Shangarry cream dressing; Irish pub salad; traditional Irish salad with beets and hard-boiled eggs; cheesecake with crème de menthe swirls; apple pie; Irish whiskey bread pudding with vanilla sauce; shamrock cupcakes; and luck of the Irish cookies with tie-dye and sprinkled shamrocks.

The buffet, which replaces the regular Reliable Source menu and the usual Friday Taco Night, is available for $17 per person, not including beverage, tax and gratuity.
