The Best in Journalism 2012 Awards Dinner

One of the major annual events hosted by the National Press Club is the Awards dinner every July. This year’s international honorees were three journalists who gave the ultimate sacrifice in Syria, and a New York Times journalist still fighting the government‘s demands to reveal his sources. Many other journalists from around the country received awards and commendations for print, broadcast and digital journalism.
