Homelessness Issues
Mrs. Gore spoke about several programs designed to relieve the problems of homelessness, especially for those who are mentally ill. She concentrated on ways federal assistance could be directed to local groups and authorities to combat the problem. After her remarks she answered questions from the audience about her speech and the upcoming presidential campaign.
