Fiscal Year 1994 Federal Budget

Budget Director Panetta spoke to a luncheon audience on the importance of the Clinton administration's economic program to the nation. He lauded the initiatives in the administration's program, which had been passed earlier in the week by Congress. Following his prepared remarks, he responded to questions from members of the audience on the agenda for the Office of Management and Budget during the Clinton administration.
