Historically, in many cultures, women have hosted Salon Nights to talk about the bigger questions of the day. These philosophical and intellectual conversations have fostered communities, ideas, epiphanies, partnerships, and so much more. At these Salon Nights, we will discuss topics ranging from art and creativity to community building and the future of journalism and communications.
Men, we appreciate you, but this meetup is just for those who identify as women.
Maria Rodriguez, President & Chief Executive Officer of Vanguard Communications and member of the National Press Club Board of Governors, will lead the conversation at this Salon. We will focus on the challenges and opportunities that women face in journalism and communications, and how we can lead the future of media amidst digital transformation.
