The Fourth Estate will offer a special price fixe dinner menu to celebrate Valentine's Day on Friday, Feb. 14.
The cost is $55 per person ($110/couple) for National Press Club members; $65 per person ($130/couple) for members of the public. The Fourth Estate is open to the public. Dinner will be served from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m.

First Course (choose one)
- French onion soup with Gruyere crouton
- Salad with heart-beets, oranges, herb goat cheese and toasted spiced pecans
- Lobster ravioli, shallot cream sauce and fried caper garnish
- Shrimp cocktail on ice (4); horseradish cream cocktail sauce
Entrees (choose one)
- Gorgonzola stuffed chicken breast in bacon, crisp coated and baked; grilled asparagus and cauliflower speckled rice
- Grilled Certified Angus beef filet au poivre, wine sauce, chive mashed potatoes and tarragon green beans
- Steamed cracked king crab leg, drawn butter, almond couscous and tropical mango red pepper slaw
- Crab stuffed seared salmon, dill cream sauce, crispy Hasselback cheese potatoes; sautéed Roman artichokes
- Vegetarian spinach, dill, Feta and ricotta pastry, truffle oil, tri-color pepper sauté
Dessert (choose one)
- Three cheese sampler, spicy lavash, petite chocolates, salted cashews and mandarin orange smiles
- New York style cheesecake with raspberries & Chambord sauce
- Mocha and custard Napoleon pastry
- Death by chocolate sundae: Fudge brownie, chocolate ice cream, chocolate mousse, chocolate sprinkles, nuts and whipped cream
