Saturday Brunch Louisiana Favorites in the Fourth Estate Restaurant
This Saturday, January 11, 2014, Mary Matalin and James Carville will discuss their book, Love & War: 20 Years, Three Presidents, Two Daughters and One Louisiana Home, in the Ballroom from 11:00am to 12:30pm. This portends to be a rousing, raucous, revealing discussion by two well-known politicos.
Before or after the presentation, enjoy a little taste of Louisiana in the Fourth Estate Restaurant. The restaurant will open early at 10:00am and serve Beignets and Chicory Coffee from 10-11:30am. After the event, the restaurant will be open for lunch or brunch and feature Chicken & Shrimp Gumbo, Oyster Po'boys and Red Beans and Rice. The brunch menu with waffles, smoked salmon bagels and a variety of omelettes will also be available.
