"A Different Russia" is the third in the series of Kalb's memoirs. This one focuses on his time as the Moscow correspondent for CBS News. Kalb, 94, hosted "The Kalb Report" public broadcasting series for 28 years and 103 programs. "The Kalb Report" was the longest-running and most successful long-term project in Club history. The series ended in 2023. Kalb is the Murrow Professor Emeritus at Harvard University and a senior fellow at the Annenberg Center of the University of Southern California. He was the founding director of the Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy, and a former CBS and NBC News correspondent.
