The National Press Club will host His Excellency Martin Dahinden, Ambassador of Switzerland to the United States, on September 17 at 6:30 PM in the Fourth Estate Restaurant.
This event will not only include traditional Swiss favorites such as raclette but will also include recipes from Dahinden's cookbook, "Beyond Muesli and Fondue: The Swiss Contribution to Culinary History."
As part of the National Press Club Ambassador Series, the evening is designed to welcome the highest foreign diplomats in Washington DC to the Club to discuss topics of interest with the media.
