The restaurant ushered in a dining renaissance in the New York City neighborhood. On the menu, such American favorites as brown butter biscuits and chicken and waffles converge with globally influenced such as jerk bacon and baked beans and Ethiopian spice-crusted lamb.
The dinner will feature recipes from Samuelsson's newest cookbook, "The Red Rooster Cookbook: The story of food and hustle in Harlem."
