Love & Whiskey: An Evening with Fawn Weaver

Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey founder and CEO Fawn Weaver will launch her new book, “Love and Whiskey: The Remarkable True Story of Jack Daniel, His Master Distiller Nearest Green, and the Improbable Rise of Uncle Nearest” at a National Press Club Headliners dinner and tasting event on June 18 at 6 p.m.

Following the book talk, guests will enjoy a dinner and whiskey tasting. Uncle Nearest Master Distiller Victoria Eady Butler will guide the audience through the flavors in Uncle Nearest’s whiskey selection.

The event begins with a cocktail reception from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. At 6 p.m. guests will join NPC President Emily Wilkins and Ms. Weaver for a lively discussion followed by a question-and-answer session ending at 7 p.m.

National Press Club members may purchase tickets for $120. Non-member tickets cost $135.
