NPC Headliners Book Event: Congressman Eric Swalwell, "Endgame"

Congressman Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) will discuss what it was like inside the investigation and impeachment of President Trump and what he believes is at stake for the American people at a virtual National Press Club Headliners Book Event on Thursday, June 25 at 1:00 p.m.

Swalwell, whose book “Endgame: Inside the Impeachment of Donald J. Trump” is set for release on June 16, was elected to Congress as a Democrat in 2012 to represent the East Bay of California, near San Francisco.

“Endgame provides readers not only with an in-depth, behind-the-scenes look at impeachment but also emphasizes how the November election may be the most consequential of our lifetime,” says Swalwell, who is now in his fourth term and serves on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the House Committee on the Judiciary.

In keeping with the CDC’s current guidelines for in-person events, a limited number of seats will be available at the Club for NPC members. Members may submit their requests for in-person attendance via email to [email protected]. A live feed of the event will be available for all who wish to watch and participate virtually.
