Head Set's Safety, Medical and Resilience Training (SMART) is the most cutting-edge hostile environment training available for journalists.
The James W. Foley Legacy Foundation will cover the cost for 10 journalists to participate in Head Set's Stress Management & Civil Unrest SMART course. This one-day course, designed by journalists for journalists, combines hands-on emergency first aid with evocative VR scenarios and stress management techniques that will improve skills and confidence.
