Holy Paella! Fourth Estate Wine Dinner to feature Father Leo



Meet the priest who beat Iron Chef Bobby Flay in a "Throwdown" and enjoy a five-course dinner with paired wines at the Fourth Estate Restaurant on Thursday, Sept. 23 at 6:30 p.m.

Father Leo Patalinghug, a chef and author, will showcase recipes from his new cookbook "Grace Before Meals", which aims to add a gourmet touch to the family dinner. Patalinghug has been featured in the Washington Post and on CBS Sunday Morning with his shout out to the family dinner. Patalinghug's eclectic recipes reflect his training in Italy as well as his Filipino heritage.

The menu will feature dishes from Father Leo's cookbook - here is what we will be serving:

Hors D’ouevres: Monte Crisco Sandwiches, Cola Pork Skewers, Pumpkin & Ricotta Wonton-Olis, Meatballs in Creamy Vodka Sauce.
