The American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) presents new consumer research on travel trends during its program, “The Travel Industry Forecast”. Special guests include ASTA’s President & CEO, Zane Kerby along with Eric Drésin, the Secretary General of the European Travel Agents’ and Tour Operators’ Associations, ECTAA, who will provide an update on the European travel market.
Jon Last, President of the Sports & Leisure Research Group will unveil key findings from ASTA’s exclusive travel consumer research study, followed by a panel discussion of esteemed travel industry executives who will add their perspective on the industry’s most pressing issues and opportunities.
