Clinton Administration Environmental Agenda

Secretary Babbitt, former governor of Arizona and 1988 presidential candidate, spoke to a luncheon audience on the environmental agenda of the Clinton administration. Issues raised in his speech included environmental spending in the Clinton administration budget and the administration's plans for the sale of public resources.
