Campaign Finance Reform
Mr. Perot talked about the problems associated with the current method in which congressional and presidential campaigns are run. He recounted his experiences running for the presidency in 1992 and 1996 and the ways in which special interests can control campaigns. Following his prepared remarks, Mr. Perot answered questions from the audience.
