AIDS Policy
Ms. Taylor spoke about the need to provide disadvantaged people in the U.S. and around the world who have AIDS with better drugs and care. She also talked about how more people can be prevented from contracting HIV. After her prepared remarks, some AIDS activists and she took questions from audience members.
