Escape the rain, engage your brain at Thursday night Pub Quiz

As April showers bring May flowers (and more showers), come in to the National Press Club from the rain on Thursday and join your friends and fellow Club members for an evening of food, drink and trivia! That’s right, the May Pub Quiz is this Thursday, May 9. The place: The Club’s Truman Lounge. The time: 6:30 p.m. Our friends at Brainstormer Trivia will be creating the questions. What’s more, there’s a special surprise in store at this Pub Quiz. What is it? You’ll have to be there to find out!

For 20 years, Pub Quiz has been a monthly staple at the Club and Brainstormer Trivia, which has been supplying those fun and challenging questions, is back with the latest and greatest questions -- from current events, sports, entertainment and everything in between. And yes, we’ll have prizes to give out to the team that scores the most points in each round.

Veteran Pub Quiz players, with their team ready to go, know the drill. For those new to Club, new to Pub Quiz and flying solo, welcome aboard – we’ll put you on a team.

Pub Quiz is a great opportunity to meet fellow Club members, make new friends and enjoy what the Club offers in tasty cuisine and finest libations.
