NPC Luncheon with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon

United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon spoke at a National Press Club dinner April 16. Ban, who succeeded Kofi Annan in 2007 and won a re-election in 2011, is the sixth UN secretary-general to speak at the NPC.
