NPC Luncheon with John Koskinen

John Koskinen, commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service, spoke at a National Press Club luncheon on March 31, 2015. The theme of Koskinen’s speech was “The IRS: Learning from the Past; Building for the Future.” Koskinen addressed a number of issues, including GOP efforts to cut the IRS budget and the effect of those on the agency’s customer service and collection efforts.
