U.S. Army Chief of Staff General Ray Odierno spoke on the future of the Army at a National Press Club luncheon on January 7, 2014. Before ascending to the position of Army Chief of Staff, General Odierno commanded United States Joint Forces Command and was the commanding general for the US campaign in Iraq.
