NPC Luncheon with Dan Akerson

GM Chairman and CEO Dan Akerson provided an update on the company's progress in its goal to design, build and sell the world's best vehicles at a National Press Club Luncheon on Dec. 16, 2013. He also talked about GM's investment plans in the U.S. Akerson has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of General Motors since 2010 and led the company's initial public offering that year - the largest in U.S. history. He joined GM in 2009 as a member of its Board of Directors.
