A White House slice? Cain to address Oct. 31 luncheon

Herman Cain, former Godfather's Pizza chief executive and candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, will address a National Press Club luncheon on Monday, Oct. 31.

Cain said in a recent Republican debate that he'd bring a sense of humor to the White House because "America is too uptight." Cain will discuss why he thinks his skills as a businessman make him the best choice for president.

Lunch will be served in the Holeman Lounge at 12:30 p.m., with the speech beginning at 1 p.m. and ending at 2 p.m.

Tickets cost $18 for Club members, $29 for guests of members and $36 for general admission. To reserve tickets, please e-mail [email protected] or call 202-662-7501. Tickets must be paid for at time of reservation.

To submit a question in advance, put CAIN in the subject line and email to [email protected] before 10 a.m. on the day of the luncheon.
