Sept. 23 program offers tips to help make Facebook work for you

Learn how to use Facebook to bolster your reporting and your brand with Don Seymour, Facebook’s politics and government outreach manager, at a class on Tuesday, Sept. 23.

This hour-long class begins at 10 a.m. and includes an overview of Facebook and the resources it offers to journalists. Seymour will cover how to create an effective public page, and will review best practices, including how to break news and engage with your audience.
