First Wednesday jazz nights in the Fourth Estate debut April 3

Jazz is coming to the Fourth Estate restaurant Wednesday, April 3, 2013. The restaurant will host a “Jazz Night” with Blues Alley, Georgetown’s home for jazz, the first Wednesday of every month.

April is Jazz Appreciation Month in Washington, D.C., and the Fourth Estate will join the celebration with playing by members of the renowned Blues Alley Youth Orchestra.

The orchestra will play background music for dinner from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and will be available to answer questions afterwards.

The Fourth Estate will offer its seasonal dinner menu. All attendees will receive 10 percent off their bill and will also receive discounts to Blues Alley shows in Georgetown.

First Wednesday jazz evenings will not have a cover charge. The musicians will vary monthly.

Please phone 202.662.7638 for reservations. The Fourth Estate menu is available on the Press Club web site.
