The 2014 World Cup may be in Brazil, but the best place to watch is right here in the heart of the Nation’s capital! Watch USA’s first match against Ghana on June 16 at The National Press Club! Doors to the First Amendment Lounge will open at 5 p.m., with the game starting at 6 p.m.

Take a culinary trip around the world to Brazil with our assorted menu of Brazilian street fare, Caipirinha’s and more while watching the USA match up on the big screen just a block from the White House!

Pasteis Frito
Brazilian fried spring roll/pastry with choice either cheese or beef filling

Acarajé
Black eye pea and shrimp fritters

Stewed in Tomatoes and Coconut Milk

Podrão
Hot dog stewed in tomatoes and onions served in hot dog roll topped with corn, pea, hard cooked eggs and parmesan cheese (two available as an entrée)
