NPC Luncheon with Michael Rizzo, General Manager/Vice President of The Washington Nationals

Nationals’ General Manager/Vice President Michael Rizzo will discuss the baseball season at a National Press Club luncheon on Friday, May 4.

A former player, scout and assistant general manager, Rizzo stepped up to head the team following the sudden resignation of Jim Bowden in 2009. Rizzo will provide a team update and then look ahead to how see the 2012 season may play out.

The Press Club luncheon will begin promptly at 12:30 p.m. Remarks will begin at 1:00 p.m., followed by a question-and-answer session, ending at 2 p.m. Advance reservations can be made below, or by contacting the NPC Reservations department at (202) 662-7501 or reservations@press.org. The cost of luncheon admission is $19 for National Press Club members, $30 for their guests, and $37 for the general public.

Tickets must be purchased at time of reservation.
