This is not a typical social media workshop. We will not teach you what a hashtag is or the difference between liking and following. We won't even tell you to tweet. We will pose serious questions about how to develop an "owned media" strategy that complements and supports earned and paid media. Whether you work with Fortune 500 corporations or community nonprofits, all organizations must answer some key questions about their strategy in order to best leverage today's tools and technology. This workshop will help you to audit your current efforts, plot a roadmap for success, and set meaningful and and measurable goals. There will be a focus on frameworks you can apply to a variety of clients and case studies of what has worked.
