Wine Dinner

Experience beef in a whole new way at a wine dinner featuring special cuts of Certified Angus Beef® on May 24 at the Fourth Estate restaurant.

The dinner will feature uncommon cuts, including flat iron, aged beef, hanger steak, short ribs and the king of all cuts, prime rib, paired with some renowned wines. Certified Angus Beef®, or CAB, is "beef at its best." It must pass 10 stringent quality specifications to earn the brand's premium mark, ensuring tender, juicy cuts of beef.

Tickets are $80/single; $150/couple. Members receive a 15% discount.
