Valentine's Day Dinner at The Fourth Estate Restaurant
The Fourth Estate will offer a special price fixe dinner menu to celebrate Valentine's Day on Friday, Feb. 14. The cost is $55 per person ($110/couple) for National Press Club members; $65 per person ($130/couple) for members of the public. The Fourth Estate is open to the public. "Discovering Tunisian Cuisine" Dinner at The Fourth Estate Restaurant
The Fourth Estate Restaurant will feature a menu of Tunisian cuisine on Wednesday, Jan. 29. The dinner will come from the cookbook, "Discovering Tunisian Cuisine" by Judy Hallet, a documentary filmmaker-turned-author. She first discovered Tunisian food as a Peace Corps volunteer and returned to the country 50 years later with her husband Stanley, an architecture professor who had been asked to help transform the architectural design studios at a private university in Tunis.
