Communications professionals are increasingly needing to manage crisis situations on social media, and how they respond to those incidents affects the brand and reputation of their clients or employers. Communicators face new challenges doing PR on racial justice issues, so the National Press Club's Communicators Team is kicking off a new series of "candid conversations" with an Aug. 4 virtual panel on how to best navigate these conversations internally and externally.
