EVENT CANCELED: NPC Debate Filing Center - Second Presidential Debate
On October 9, CPD announced that the second presidential debate, originally scheduled for Thursday, October 15, would be canceled. The third and final debate will take place as planned on Thursday, October 22. Credentialed journalists who wish to reserve space in the NPC Press Filing Center for the Oct. 22 debate may do so by contacting [email protected] Space is limited in order to accommodate public health and social distancing guidelines. 2019 Silver Owls Fall Hoot
Seymour Hersh, the Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative reporter who first wrote about the 1968 My Lai massacre in Vietnam and the 2004 physical and sexual abuse of prisoners at the infamous Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq, plans to discuss the current state of American journalism at the Silver Owls Fall Hoot on Friday, Nov. 15, at 6 p.m. in the National Press Club ballroom.
